The technician (CJ) came on an emergency call. He called beforehand to instruct me how to close my garage door until he came. He checked everything over, made the necessary adjustments and left me with a smile on my face. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and did not leave me feeling foolish. It was an excellent experience.

My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.

Rick was very professional. He showed up on time, explained his diagnosis and recommendations clearly, and relayed the information to our home warranty representative. He installed the new garage door opener quickly and was clean and neat.
